- What are your hours?
Hours of operation are 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Open on All Holidays.
- What are your rates?
Our rates are regulated by the City of Hendersonville, NC. (Sec. 54-44. Fares Prescribed of the Hendersonville Code)
Effective as of April 5, 2012. The city council has changed the rates for all taxi cabs under Sec. 54-44. The rates are now as followed:
The rates are as follows: $3.00 for the initiation charge.
$0.30 for each succeeding one-tenth mile or fraction thereof, after initiation. ($3.00 a mile)
$0.60 for each minute of waiting time, or fraction thereof. ($36.00 an hour wait time)
For each trip that initiates or terminates beyond the city limits Initiation charge occurs at city limits line.......(Normal rates apply)
The above rates apply for one or two passengers only, and any additional passengers shall be $1.00 extra.
Note: These rates Do Not apply to the For-Hire vehicles. (For-Hire vehicles are Not regulated by the city)
- Do you do Airport Reservations?
Yes. We do Airport Reservations. All we ask is for a 24 hour notice when possible.
- How can I make a reservation?
There are two easy ways you can make a reservation with us.
1) By calling us at 828-693-8099.
2) By e-mailing us at nightanddaytaxiandtrans@yahoo.com Please give 24 hour notice when e-mailing a reservation.
- Do I need to make a reservation?
No, there is no need to make a reservation. We are open 24/7 and there is always someone here to help you. Just give us a call.
- We've had too much to drink, can you drive our car home for us?
Yes. We will take you home in one of our cabs while another one of our drivers follows behind with your car. If you would like to ride in your own car with one of our drivers driving you may. It's your car, you decide!
Note: This service is much easier on your wallet then a DWI.
- Do you accept credit cards?
Yes. We accept most major credit cards.
- I am unable to get out of the house and I need some shopping done, can you help me?
Yes, we can help you. Just give us a call and tell us what you need picked up and where you would like us to pick it up at and we will go get it and bring it to you.
Note: Cab fare and wait time applies to this service.
- My car is broke down. Do you know of a good place I could go have it fixed?

"Night and Day Taxi and Transportation Services is a very polite and respectful taxi and transportation service. The dispatcher is very polite on the phone. The drivers are very nice, clean and respectful. If you need help getting in or out of the car they will politely help you. This company has very nice, clean vehicles. They will even drive your vehicle home for you. Now how many taxi and transportation services will do that? This is a taxi service that I would be able to trust to take a loved one home with no second thoughts. This is one taxi service that I wouldnt mind waiting on if need be.
